About Mindful Co.

Mindful Co. was created with the purpose of bringing light to mental health and breaking the stigma that surrounds many mental health illnesses. The goal is to have a platform where people that struggles in silence can allow themselves to be vulnerable and realize that they are not alone. We do this by creating and offering designs that promote positivity, self-love and acceptance, and an overall healthier mindset. A portion of our proceeds is donated to a nonprofit organization dedicated to mental health awareness and advocacy. Every month a new organization is chosen.

Meet the owner

Hello friends,

I am Kayleen, the owner and creator of Mindful Co. I started this small business as a platform to spread awareness for mental health after struggling with it myself for three years. I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder a little before graduating from college and it has been affecting my life ever since. I am now a graduate student, and even though I am still figuring out my place in the world, I am decided to not let anxiety rule my life.
