Mindful Co. was created with the purpose of bringing light to mental health and breaking the stigma that surrounds many mental health illnesses. The goal was to have a platform where people that struggled in silence could allow themselves to be vulnerable and realize that they were not alone. We did this by creating and offering designs that promote positivity, self-love and acceptance, and an overall healthier mindset. While this journey has come to an end, we are proud to say that we were able to donate over $1,200 to seven different mental health non-profit organizations, making the impact of Mindful Co. a long-lasting one.
